The complete guide on how to register for INSIGHT 2023

There have been some changes to the protocol given below. Please refer to the New Updates page as well.

All registrations except for Emergency Action Summit and IDEAthon will be done through the website itself, by purchasing tickets.

Workshops have only a limited number of seats available and tickets will be sold on a first-come, first-serve basis. Lunch will be available from 12 noon to 3 PM but no specific lunch break will be provided. Please go through the schedule and plan accordingly.

  1. Reserve seats for the events that you wish to attend through this website When you complete the reservation, you will receive a unique order number. Note down your order number -- it will be used to confirm your reservation and for payment. Make note of the sum total to be paid as well (excluding service charge) -- This is the amount you will be asked to pay in-person.

  2. Upon completing the reservation, you will receive an email with the tickets to the event. You will be asked to present these tickets at the door before the event begins.

  3. You will also receive an email with an attached registration form. Fill out the registration form with the exact same details used on the website. Any discrepencies could complicate the process of registration on the day of the event. Make the payment of base delegate fee (INR 500) by UPI to the account given in the form.

  4. All participants must report to Ramaiah Medical College on Day 1 of INSIGHT (11 Aug 2023). The registration booths will be open from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Pay the total fees for the events you have signed up for with UPI transaction only. You will soon receive an invoice in your email, stating zero balance.

  5. Report to the venue of your event 10 minutes ahead of time. Your tickets will be scanned to grant you entry. Failure to pay the registration fees at the counter before reporting for the event will cause entry to be barred

Please note that you will not be asked to pay the service fee at the registrations counter.

The Basic Life Support workshop will close registrations and accept payment earlier than the other events. After purchasing the ticket for the BLS workshop, please make sure to join the BLS Whatsapp group. On 27th July, a payment link will be sent to you to make the payment of INR 4000. Last date for payment is 30th July. Your reservation will be cancelled if you do not make the payment by 11:59 PM on 30th July.
For team events, only one team member needs to purchase the ticket. However, all participants must pay the base delegate fee through this form: https://forms.gle/WUhfwNLzmiGijq737

After you submit the form, you will see the link to our WhatsApp community for delegates. Please follow the link and join the groups specific to the events you have registered for.

Delegate fees, once paid, will not be refunded. On Day 1, you will have to pay the full fees for all the events you signed up for. If the delegate fees are not paid within 72 hours of making your reservation, your tickets will be voided and reservation cancelled.

If you have paid the delegate fees but cannot make it to the event for any reason, we urge you to let us know ahead of time as we can redistribute your tickets to other interested delegates.

If you wish to rescind from a workshop, you may inform us at the registrations desk. Refund is subject to demand for the ticket - If it gets resold to an interested participant, you will receieve a refund. We will not be issuing refunds for any other events.
