All undergraduates are allowed -- right from first year to interns

Maximum 1 intern can be in a team

Same ticket cost for a team, no matter the number

Only one member of the team needs to buy the ticket. However, the other member must compulsorily pay the base delegate fee

Participants on one team may belong to the same year or different years

Cross-college teams are allowed
